• A 50% deposit is required to make your booking valid. Payment  must be within 48 hours. No deposit, No booking • We do not provide towels or toiletries. These are self catering units, they are furnished and equipped for self catering only. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. • The units are serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. You may make arrangements with the cleaners at your cost to come in on a Sunday or public holiday. • You are not allowed more than the number of persons per chalet, a 6 sleeper is for 6 people only and a 8 is for 8 people only. Adults & children inclusive. The persons will be counted on arrival . Any one in excess of the number booked for will be turned away. • We do not allow visitors at all, visitors must be met at the beach or on the outside of the resort. •  You are allowed two cars per chalet and not more. • No Music to be played from your motor vehicle at all. We do not want to make the stay of the others at the resort unpleasant or the neighbourhood.    • We would appreciate it if you consider of others while you are at our resort. • Good behaviour is of the utmost as this is a family resort. • Please bring your own decoder and smart card. We provide a DSTV and Top TV connection. • Have a great holiday and enjoy your stay at Agra Holiday Estate. The Management       TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY - PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM       1. OVER-CROWDING OF THE ESTATE AND ITS CHALETS ARE NOT PERMITTED   2. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THERE ARE OTHER HOLIDAY MAKERS AT THE RESORT AS SUCH KEEP NOISE LEVELS LOW SO AS NOT TO DISTURB.   3. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CHALETS AT ALL, PLEASE ABIDE BY THIS RULE.   4. A 6 SLEEPER UNIT IS FOR 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD.   5. A 8 SLEEPER UNIT IS FOR 8 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD.   6. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3 (THREE) YEARS OLD DO NOT PAY, ANY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 3 (THREE) YEARS OLD PAY THE FULL RATE, NO EXCEPTIONS.   7. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES UNLESS AUTHORISED BY RESORT MANAGEMENT.   8. YOU ARE ALLOWED ONLY 2 CARS PER CHALET ON THE PREMISES.   9. PARKING IS RESERVED FOR RESIDENTS ONLY.   10. A DSTV POINT IS PROVIDED. PLEASE BRING YOUR DECODER AND SMART CARD.   11. CHECK IN TIME IS NO EARLIER THEN 2.00PM AND CHECK OUT TIME NO LATER THEN 10.00AM. WE REQUIRE THE TIME TO NEATEN UP THE UNIT.   12. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS; YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.   13. A R300.00 KEY/BREAKAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, IF THE CHALET IS LEFT IN A MESS AN EXAMPLE BEING; DIRTY DISHES ETCETERA AND IF THE CONDITION IS NOT THE SAME AS YOU HAD RECEIVED IT IN, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL BE BILLED FOR ADDITIONAL WORK THAT HAS TO BE CARRIED OUT.   14. AGRA HOLIDAY RESORTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY THEFT AND OR DAMAGES TO GUESTS PROPERTIES.   15. AGRA HOLIDAY RESORTS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED DURING ONES STAY.   16. ANY PERSONS IN VIOLATION OF THE POINTS LISTED ABOVE WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE AND THEIR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.   17. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK GUESTS TO LEAVE IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS OF STAY ARE NOT MET AND THEIR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED       MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR AMEND THE ABOVE
